My wife Deb and I cannot truly express how happy we are with the customer service provided by Minnesota Tile after a mistake was made.
Usually when a issue occurs in today's world the finger pointing starts and so does a customers frustration. 100% not true from Minnesota Tile. Minnesota Tile professionally accepted the responsibility and took over to resolve the issue.
Shy was exceptional in this process and his foresight on how it would be fixed what could go wrong and how to anticipate this and handle it was outstanding. The installation crew was the best crew of any trade that has worked on our new home.
We are not the kind of folks who write letters to say how bad or great something was, but in this case the over and above outstanding service we received from Shy just can not be accepted by us without letting Minnesota Tile know how awesome and professional of a company it is!
